Booking your ski or snowboard gear is quick and easy.
You do not need to know your exact sizes before booking — we fit your boots, skis, snowboard and clothing when you arrive.

CHOOSE YOUR PICK-UP DATE AND TIME
You can collect your gear the afternoon before you plan to use it, between 2 PM and 5 PM, at no extra charge.
👉 Pickup before 2 PM: that day is charged as a rental day.
👉 Pickup after 2 PM: that day is not charged. Your rental charge starts the following day.
A minimum one-day hire charge applies.

Choose the date and approximate time you expect to return your equipment.
ADD GEAR TO YOUR CART
Browse by category or scroll down to find the gear you need.
Each item includes a photo, description and price. Click an item to see more details and add it to your cart.
Don’t worry about exact sizes — we will fit you in store when you collect your gear.
CONTINUE SHOPPING OR REVIEW YOUR CART
Use the “X” in the top-right corner to continue browsing.
When you are ready, select “Review Cart” or go directly to “Checkout”.
ENTER YOUR DETAILS
Enter the name, driver’s licence number and other requested information for the person collecting the equipment.
These details will be verified when the gear is collected.
ACCEPT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Select “I accept the terms and agreements” to open and read our Terms & Conditions.
Close the Terms & Conditions window when finished, then tick the box to continue.
MAKE YOUR PAYMENT
Choose credit/debit card or PayPal and complete your payment.
BOOKING CONFIRMED
Once payment is successful, we will email you your booking confirmation and invoice.
🔄 CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
For security, all booking changes and cancellations must be requested by replying directly to your original booking confirmation email.
We cannot accept booking changes or cancellations by phone or from a separate email. Replying to the booking confirmation allows us to verify the booking.
CANCELLATIONS MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE PICK-UP
You may cancel your booking for a refund, less a 5% booking/admin fee.
CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE PICK-UP
For bookings longer than one day, the first day's hire charge will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
CHANGING YOUR DATES
Booking dates can be changed free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time, subject to availability.
We cannot guarantee that the same equipment will be available for alternative dates.
To make any change or cancellation, simply reply to your original booking confirmation email during our business hours.
How to Book an Early Pickup Online:
If you want to ski or snowboard as early as possible in the morning:
Book your pickup online for any time between 2 PM and 5 PM on the day prior.
The booking system will automatically ensure you are not charged for an extra day.
This will automatically calculate a 1 day charge.
