Why Online Bookings Are Cheaper

Pre-booking helps us keep prices lower because it gives us time to:

  • allocate your stock properly

  • prepare your order

  • manage staffing during busy periods

  • complete admin and payment processing

For this reason, our booking system includes a minimum 2-hour preparation buffer between making a booking and picking up the gear.

Customers who wish to pick up earlier than this 2-hour buffer will be charged a 10% Priority Pickup Fee.

This fee helps cover the extra work involved in preparing the order straight away and brings the price closer to our standard in-store hire rates.

Planning a Group Trip? Get in Early for Extra Savings

We offer special discounts for larger groups — here’s how it works:

  • Group Size: Available for groups of 10 or more people hiring skis and/or snowboards.

  • Midweek Only: Valid for bookings Monday to Friday (excludes weekends and public holidays).

  • Online Prepayment Required: Group discounts must be booked and prepaid online in advance.

  • Discount Code Provided: Available upon request once your group meets the criteria.

  • Packages Excluded: Package deals are already discounted and do not qualify for further discounts.
